Isingeniso Sekhebula Lezinsimbi Ezinokushisa Okuphezulu Ezinamabili Amabili

Ezinhlelweni eziningi zezimboni nezendawo ekhethekile, izintambo ezithembekile zibaluleke kakhulu. Intambo yezinsimbi ezisetshenziswayo ezinokushisa okuphezulu enama-pair angu-12 ezokwethulwa namuhla idlala indima ebalulekile ezimweni ezahlukahlukene eziyinkimbinkimbi ngokusebenza kwayo okuhle kakhulu kanye nokwakhiwa kwayo okuyinkimbinkimbi.

    Ezisetshenziswa eziningi zezimboni kanye nezindawo ezikhethekile, izintambo ezithembekile zibaluleke kakhulu.     (1) Umqhubi

    Ngokombono wesakhiwo, le ntambo inomklamo ocophelelayo. Intambo yayo yenziwe ngethusi elifakwe ethini, elinomoya omuhle kagesi kanye nokumelana nokugqwala. Isakhiwo esithile sentambo ingu-7/0.12, nendawo enqamulayo engu-28AWG. Lokhu kuhlanganiswa kuqinisekisa ukudluliselwa kwamandla kagesi okuzinzile futhi kuqinisekisa nokuguquguquka kwentambo, okwenza kube lula ukufakwa kanye nokufakwa kwezintambo ezindaweni ezahlukene.

    (2) Isendlalelo Sokuvimbela Ukushisa

    Ingqimba yokuvikela yekhebula yenziwe nge-FEP (i-fluorinated ethylene propylene). I-FEP inomumo omuhle kakhulu ukumelana nokushisa okuphezulu kanye nokumelana nokugqwala kwamakhemikhali, okukwazi ukugcina ukusebenza okuzinzile kokushisa ezindaweni ezimbi kakhulu, ukuvimbela ngempumelelo ukuvuza kwamanje kanye nezifunda ezimfushane. Le khebula inamabhangqa angu-12, ihlangabezana nezidingo zokudluliselwa kwesignali eminingi. Inezinzuzo ezinkulu kwezinye izikhathi lapho idatha eminingi noma izimpawu zokulawula kudingeka zidluliselwe ngasikhathi sinye.

    (3) Isendlalelo Sokuvikela

    Ukuze ithuthukise ukusebenza kwekhebula, ifakwe isivikelo esinezingqimba ezimbili. Ingqimba yokuqala iyisivikelo setheyiphu ye-aluminium, esingavimba ngempumelelo ukuphazamiseka kwe-electromagnetic yangaphandle futhi siqinisekise ukunemba kokudluliselwa kwesignali. Ingqimba yesibili iyisivikelo sethusi esilukiwe ngethini, esingagcini nje ngokuthuthukisa umphumela wokuvikela kodwa futhi sithuthukisa amandla okusebenza kwekhebula, okwenza likwazi ukumelana nokukhubeka nokunwebeka.

    (4) Umgodla

    Igobolondo elingaphandle lisebenzisa nezinto ze-FEP. Lokhu akugcini nje ngokuqhubeka nezici zalo ze- ukumelana nokushisa okuphezulu kanye nokumelana nokugqwala kodwa futhi kunikeza isivikelo esiphelele somqhubi wangaphakathi, ungqimba lokufaka umswakama, kanye nongqimba lokuvikela.
